Landscaping Bid Request — 2026

Project Requirements

We are seeking bids for landscaping work at 2853 S Brookridge Way. The scope covers both the front and back yards. Please review all requirements and the photo gallery below before submitting your bid.

Front & Back Yard — General

  • Replace weed barrier where we have gravel
  • Replenish/replace current gravel with larger gravel of the same color — 1.5–2 inch size natural basalt gravel
  • Drip system does not currently work on all nozzles — check and repair where there will be plants (planter box); add additional nozzles where needed (two zones)
  • Ensure the drip system is hidden as much as possible

Front Yard

  • Overall looking for a more modern aesthetic
  • Remove the current natural rock pavers
  • Remove the large rock by the fence
  • Replace the current river rock flow with the larger basalt gravel

Front Yard — Porch

  • Remove the current natural rock patio
  • Replace with a cement patio for a more modern look — must complement the existing walkway

Front Yard — Walkway

  • Add two square steel planter boxes on the walkway, approximately 2 feet in height — one on each side, closest to the front door
  • Plant Hydrangeas in the planter boxes
  • Connect the drip system to the planter boxes
  • The existing walkway will remain in place

Front Yard — Planter

  • Repair drip system to ensure plants are watered
  • Plant Firecracker Penstemon flowers

Back Yard

  • Create a walkway using rectangular pavers (2.5′ × 3′) from the back patio to the gate
